Few questions about store frontdesign

I want to add some loop gifs to my home page, kind of show casing the product using gifs
the thing is it takes a lot of design, i need a lot of stuff to let that happen
is there any way to do the next actions:
1. fully customize the gif size and location (free form)
2. add them where ever i want
3. add loop gifs to my product's description
