So many wake ups.
My baby is 9, almost 10 months now. We are attempting sleep training again, only this time I want to be so consistent despite any bumps. We are on night 4.
Her schedule is 3/3.5/4. I breastfeed baby 20-30 minutes before bed time then place her in the crib awake. She cries for about 25 minutes and then goes to sleep. She only woke up once on the first night and slept in her crib the whole night, but for the past 3 nights, she wakes up 4 times. She wakes up two hours before her DWT and I get so worried that the sleep pressure is too low so I bring her to bed with me at that point. I know I shouldn’t but I feel like she won’t go back to sleep if I put her back down.
How do I get her to stop waking so much? I have heard of 5/3/3 and I’ve tried to let her CIO when it’s not time for a feed but she will go 30-45 minutes of crying so I assume she’s actually hungry. She cries for much less time at bed time. Also does the crying ever get better?
