Can't form deep connections

I feel like I can't form deep connections with people whether they are my classmates, my cousins or even my sister. I am not a big talker so maybe that's the reason. I feel like I am an acquaintance of a lot people but I don't come in their inner circle and they don't come in mine either. This has been the case throughout school and college where I have had only 2-3 people who were really close to me. My college is finished and I am going to have my first job very soon. I am afraid I will be the loner creep in the company who has no friends. How can open up more and make good friends
