regression analyses

I’m conducting a multi linear regression analysis on SPSS and I’m not sure how to do it. I know that it’s the best Analysis to perform because my dataset is longitudinal and looks at change before/ after. But I’m not too sure how to actually PERFORM the analysis on SPSS and how to report the relevant information!!! Could anyone help me??? Much appreciated
