Yall running 3 man mids?

Just wondering. They want us to be super customer focused but only allow us to have three partners on the floor post peak (so lunch rush and on) and we stay pretty steady. SSV has to do tasks so that they don’t hand off a shit show so really, the floor is on a 2 man. We are told to drop everything to make sure customers are happy but leaving tasks not done and a dirty store makes it a lot more difficult on closers, who are also forced to be understaffed. Not to mention, how are we to focus on customers if we’re drowning in orders and not enough labor being given? I’m getting very close to changing my availability so I’m never there past 11 bc that’s when it all goes downhill. And if my store can’t accommodate it, I guess I’ll find another store who can and/will.
