Did CIG release the correct patch?...

With all the fuzz going about around 4.0.1 I can't help but think, seeing how few fixes actually seems to have gone through...
Did something not get deployed correctly?
The in game version number stated 4.0 for me last night.
And just now a post appeared on their Facebook with the description.. "play 4.0 preview now"

Something is way off here...
