Is this etiolated?

Just want to make sure I’m not crazy. I’ve had this succulent (haworthia hanabi) sitting directly under a window for a couple of weeks since I got it. It came in the mail and was all closed up (it was a free gift baby). I planted it in this pot and gave it a good water, and it started to open up a little. Then it kind of… kept going. It looks etiolated to me, but also looks kinda like the pictures of mature ones online. I also find it hard to believe it wasn’t getting enough light where it was. In fact, I was worried it was getting too much at first. I moved it under a grow light and there has been no change in ~2 days since then.
