Best deal right now that’s under $400? Refurbished or new

Hello, I was going to pull the trigger on the Gaggia Brera until I heard it has pretty shitty QC and is prone to leaks after a year. It only has 59% 5 star reviews on Amazon so I think it’s just not reliable enough for my taste.

With the deals week, is anyone aware of a machine under $400 (before taxes and shipping) that’s refurbished or new and reliable? Looking for espresso primarily and milk steaming is a plus.
