Everything successfully prints from local AD client machines except Excel documents

Good Morning r/sysadmin! I have a fun situation that we are experiencing and wanted to run it by here and see if there are others who may have experienced the same thing or something similar.

We maintain a few regional offices that all have Konica Minolta copiers. We also have a fully functional AD environment and all employee clients are domain-joined. Additionally, we have two domain controllers in two of the regional offices that act as print servers for their respective Konica Minolta copiers.

It was brought to our attention that as of fairly recently, some folks suddenly cannot print any workbook/spreadsheet from the local installed version of Excel on their computers. The print job doesn't reach the print server and then the Excel application will lock and freeze up and can only be fixed by force shutting it from Windows Task Manager. On top of this, any other document type will successfully print without any issues.

This next detail may or may not be related and causing this issue. I will also preface that every office has its own unique LAN and IP range. While diving into this, I found within our AD domain DNS records that some endpoints are acquiring IPv6 and link-local addresses. However, we do not utilize any IPv6 DHCP scopes across any of our sites. I then realized that it now appears that a good handful of our endpoints now have their IPv6 settings turned on within their network adapters.

If anyone has heard or seen anything like this before, please don't hesitate to reply. It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
