Site opening on bootup.

Hey, this morning, when i started up my PC, my browser immediatly opened up with the site, "gangnamgame . net" , me thinking this was malware i boot up Malwarebytes and let it scan. It found some stuff, removed it, but when restarting the PC the site booted up again after a windows32.cmd screen. I scanned again, but to no avail no results were found. I removed firefox, restarted my pc, but it opened with Microsoft Edge that time. So basicly, i have no idea what this is and would appreciate some help, thanks for reading.
