Idek how to look at my mom the same

My stepsister used to sa me. I spoke up around thanksgiving, cps got called cops were involved and everything. When this went down I saw some of my mom’s texts where she just let everyone talk shit about me. My grandma suggested I get a brain scan and she agreed. The whole situation is over now and I’m cool with my mom she doesn’t know I know what she was saying but like it keeps popping up in my mind. Also, when the stuff started I was scared my stepdad would hurt me so I told my aunt I needed him gone so I would feel safe at home. She took that and told my stepdad I was planning on getting him sent to jail?? That’s INSANE. This has made me lose so many relationships with family members. I can’t wait to cut these people off one day.
