Tequila Cabeza Sagrado Extra Añejo
Reached into the cabinet and found this rare little gem. This XA outclassed a lot of tater tequila that is the market today. Hell, I picked this up for $100 back in 2019 and another on a bottle trade back in 2021. This distillery was bought by Brown-forman in 2019, and quality has gone downhill since.
Nose: Cooked agave, anise, dark chocolate, and dried fig.
Mouth: Cinnamon spice, slight oak tannins, sweet agave, and some wet earth.
Finish: Long finish with a cinnamon spice and oak coating the coating.
Rating: 10/10.
