Does Pennsylvania’s License by Reciprocity apply to associate counselors, or only LPCS?

I have my LAC in the state of NJ, but I am currently trying to relocate to PA. I’m wondering if my associate license would be recognized by the board in PA as per licensure by reciprocity, or if I’d just need to start from scratch and apply for a brand new license as I’m not yet a professional counselor. Hope I’m wording this correctly.
