Merry Christmas to all & Zappy too!

I know this will be controversial, but I don’t understand why everyone is trying to screw over Zappy, keep the product and get their money back. It seems opportunist to me. Clearly everyone who bought the product, wanted the product and it’s safe because no one‘s been injured or hurt and actually tests to be OK. I understand that something was potentially misrepresented, but then don’t buy from them again. All these posts on getting refunds just seems so frenzied and angry. If they were out of business, they won’t be able to offer products you want. I wonder if all these folks doing charge backs are going to toss the product too. That would be the honorable thing to do.
