Topical Minoxidil and Finasteride Canada, no subscription

As per title. I'm looking for topical mino and fina that doesn't have to be a recurrent subscription. I've checked Essential and Jack Health, they both require me to sign up for a recurrent 3 month subscription off the bat, that's fine but there's additional fees on top of the product. There's Minoxidil Express from the UK but they're prepararions are either the shampoo or the topical 12% minoxidil + finasteride which is too high for my needs. Where can I get just the topical product. Are there any in Canada?
