Blood circulation on head by washing hair with cold water

Hey guys, I just wonder if anyone has experience with washing your hair with cold water. Since the blood circulation is triggered my cold water to maintain the body temperature, i thought that it could have a similar effect to Minoxidil. Just thinking out loud and would like to hear your opinion on that guys
