Do you still purge on tretinoin after doing course of accutane?

Do people still purge on tretinoin when starting it after a round of accutane? Or is the purge not as noticeable? I had to stop my second course of accutane due to side effects and my derm suggested retrieve 0.05% but after seeing some of the purges on here im hesitant to try 😬.
