How would I price this Godzilla Alt Art?

Hey guys. I recently opened my 2 decks and pulled the Godzilla Alt Art. Theres currently none for sale on eBay atm and 2 for sale on tcgplayer for $1250 and $2000 ungraded. Im about to ship this off to PSA. If it comes back a 9 or 10 how would I price it? PSA shows there has not been a submission for this card yet.
