Guys, I think this card broke the game

So, 40 of this as foundation. Ymir as your character. Take a look at "Plow through enemies", "besiege", "open wide" and "spirit shotgun". You can kill someone on second turn, consistently (if they have 20 starting hp or something close to it).

But here is the true point: It's not like you need to sacrifice the foundation to take the value: You can easily have 6 of this on table on turn 3. EACH ONE giving +6 damage. if the poor opponent survives, next turn you hit even harder. I don't see this card NOT being banned as soon as it enters competitive play. I might be in the wrong here, of course. What do you guys think?
