Missing Manual Downloads - Debug.log

I am honsetly out of ideas by now. I've been using wabbajack for some time now and everything used to be fine. But now i am running into "Missing Manual Downloads" every time i am trying to install the modlist (OCM to be certain). The weird part being that the file wabbajack's missing is a Debug.log file which doesn't make any sense to me actually coz why in the world would you need a debug file to install a modlist. Soooo, i hope someone can help me here :)
