Order cancelled but not refunded

I ordered a PSN card for 10 dollars but I actually don't live in the US

Shortly after I received an mail saying that my order got cancelled by their fraud team but that I wont be charged

But actually, I still didnt get my refund since 3 hours. What can I do please ?
