Vendor tipping with inflated prices….

What are the vendors you tip? And at what rate? Do you tip all together as in give it to the vendor manager or directly to individuals (harder for waitstaff but feasible for smaller teams). And how do you account for tip when they are pricing so so high (all pricing here is average or slightly above average for the HCOL area I live in). See below…

Venue: *ceremony is offsite $1,000 site fee plus $200 pp cost (catering).

Staff: Coordinator Bridal Assistant ($125 mandatory fee on top of all other costs) 2 Bartenders Waitstaff (I don’t know how many$ (22% admin fee is placed on top of final cost for catering)

Hair and Makeup: 2 stylists and 2 makeup artists for 11 women $350 per non-bride $600 for bride *note this is for normal (natural) and uncomplicated hair and makeup was honestly average for my area. We also are paying for gas and providing them lunch.

DJ: $2500

Photographer: $7200 One photographer, one videographer, one assistant, 6 hrs.

Ceremony musicians: $1500 1 harpist and own guitarist

Transportation: $1100 Bus Car for bride and groom

Florists: undecided But do you tip a florist?

Planners: $5,000 One main and one assistant

Dinner will be provided to all vendors on site during the reception.

Am I missing anyone?

Honestly given how insanely expensive I have found everything to be, I am in full panic at the idea of gratuity on top as it will push everything past the budget by a lot, especially given the cost! It will be thousands additional!
