PoPOS! WoW Classic MMO Mouse FPS drops

Hello all, quick question. Has anyone noticed while playing WoW Classic through lutris that using keybinds on an mmo mouse cause the fps to stutter for the duration of the keypress or while youre spamming it? I am using a corsair schimitar pro.
