Workout after breakfast
I'm sure this is silly question, but, I'm on holiday and they have a decent gym in the hotel, which I'd like make use of. If I have the breakfast buffet in the morning, would it be stupid to workout after (and then cool off in the pool, before suncreaming for the day)? Or is there a sensible amount of time I should wait after breakfast?
I know before breakfast is probably optimum time, but then I'd have to wake up early and that isn't very holiday-like lol
