Leveling alt in MoP Remix?

Will it be faster to level an alt to 70? As you will start with 100% xp.

Or, will it be faster to level in retail?

P.s I waited for this event to level a couple of alts so I kinda dont want to waste time ( I dont have a lot of time to play like I used to).
