plunderstorm mail not recieved

did anyone else not get the plunderstorm mail? I checked every alt(so many) and have gotten 25k plus plunder in the past, and even did 5k this morning to double check. I sent in a gm ticket but he jsut told me I can no longer recieve the tendies :/...
