Starter/leveling kit for a rogue

Good morning everyone!

I started playing a couple of months ago and I’m a filthy casual so I just got my first mage to 40 (yay) and bought a mount!

I’m actually broke again but as I make money I don’t care as much about spending it on epic mount at 60 cause I’m not even sure how much I’ll play at 60.

With that in mind, I want to play a rogue because it sounds fun.

What is the optimal leveling kit I could give to a rogue? Maybe give me a budget friendly and a less budget friendly option
