I made one small purchase in the game and it broke my game completely.
No more watching adds for extra moves or boosters, no more lucky wheel, the game is now completely add free.
I am on the exclusive levels but I get offered one card pack a day, blue or purple, that's it. But I lose every level so I'm not getting that pack either.
With the amount of time I've played today I would usually have done at least 30 levels by now, but I've finished 3 today.
I am obviously losing the challenges too.
I don't want to leave this account, I've played a lot on it, but I don't know what to do. Does anyone?

Questions & Help
I used to play on my phone but have now transferred the game to my pad. I decided to make a second account on my phone, but the issue is that the phone account gets the same uid as my main account. I contacted support but it's been 3 days and they're actually going backwards in understanding the problem.
I have signed out of facebook, deleted the app and downladed it again but the same thing happens.
Can someone help please?
