How to become a Stewardess on a boat?

I am a 22 YO Brisbane aussie with no experience in boating/yachting. I have general knowledge of boats from working on an island a few years back and talking with the skipper.

I’ve since worked as a waiter and bartender in hospo, migrated to a pest control tech and now work in the real estate industry.

I love the idea of working on a boat and learning a new trade, but have no idea how to get into the industry.

I understand that I need to complete an ENG1 and STCW10 course.

Ultimately, what are the steps for inserting myself into yachting and landing a job?
