I'm so sorry for your loss. You didn't mention how old your sister and BIL are but they both sound incredibly immature. Only someone with the maturity of a 6 year old and the empathy of a rock (my apologies to 6year olds and rocks) would think it is acceptable to make jokes about a miscarriage. Sounds like it is a good time to go NC with them until they realize that they need to apologize to you.
