Identification zone7 My lawn is mostly tall fescue. 15yrs I have "spot" treated with misc fescue/rye, blue grass from etc. Most every year i over seed with a "good" fescue tri-blend from local feed/seed supply. Some spots are hardy/green and i wish i knew what it is. Is this rye?

Dewalt DH3028 pressure washer not pickup soap. Assume its the valve/part pointed in photo. Oring and spring were corroded. i cant find one anywhere. Know where I can find one or is there a way to add an aftermarket? I have one that fits on the end of the wand but requires a long pc of tubing.

Anyone know if its ok to replant my stretching, from seed avocado tree and submerse the stretched stem into soil and use a deep pot? I have done this with weed but unsure if it will apply to a "tree". Also would appreciate any insight how I can "stunt" it and keep it as a houseplant. (Im in Zone 7)

Pain in my right ring toe for several years. I have seen 3 podiatrists with no diagnosis or resolve. It is a stinging/burning feeling just under the skin of the knuckle. Always red and angry and weight of a bed sheet irritates it. I have hammer toes but they are not what hurts. Please help!
